JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) 22-08-2019 The grievance made in this writ petition is that earlier the PDS shop was running by Ajit Kumar Gopla, Math Block -Thawe, District Gopalganj but on account of his illness, PDS has been closed and the same has been attached to another PDS shop situated at Ekderva Panchayat which is more than 3 kilometers from the Gopla Math and Hardia village causing inconvenience to the public of that village. In this regard an application has been filed before the Sub Divisional Officer, Gopalganj.

Let the authorities should examine the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of 8
