2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(2), 317(5), 338, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in dealing with stolen motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is falsely been implicated in this case and he is innocent. He further submits that co-accused has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42563 of 2025 and vide order dated 29.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44850 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47145 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned Court in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bahadurganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Mayank/- U T
