The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the bed of the petitioner, two live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
