2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Jai Ram Singh.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that police has recovered stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner.
