The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he submitted forged certificates to get appointment on the post of Physical Teacher.
It is submitted that 22 persons are named in the F.I.R.; out of whom 21 persons, whose certificates were found forged, have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the fact that on similar facts, other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8450 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 348/2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
