The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The Block Education Officer made allegation that the petitioner did not hand over the charge to her successor and also deposited the school money in her personal account. It is submitted that there is no material on record to show that the petitioner misappropriated even a single farthing. The petitioner was ready to handover the charge but she was relieved. One passbook was missing but it is not alleged that from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13740 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 the aforesaid passbook any money was withdrawn. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
