JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.08.2017, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25426 of 2017, whereby, the petitioner being the husband of the informant opposite party no.2 was granted anticipatory bail under certain conditions.

This Court vide order dated 17.01.2018, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 677 of 2018 issued notices upon opposite party no.2, but the requisites were not submitted. Office note dated 27.02.2018 suggests that this application stood dismissed against opposite party no.2 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 17.01.2018.

In view of this, there is no sense in allowing the application to survive only against the State of Bihar.
