Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 23.07.2020, due to land dispute in between Tetari Devi, wife of informant, Bhatu Pandit and Urmila Devi (petitioner no.1) quarrel was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1715 of 2021(2) dt.07-09-2021 2/3 going on. In the meantime, Kundan Pandit, Rohit Pandit and Onkar Pandit having Farsa, iron rod and lathi in their hands came there. At that time, Kundan Pandit gave Farsa blow at his head then he fell down. When his son, Sonu Pandit came to save him then Rohit Pandit assaulted his son through iron rod causing injury at his head. Thereafter, when his nephew Niranjan Kumar came to save him then Onkar Pandit gave lathi blow causing injury at his head. At that time, his wife Tetari Devi was also assaulted by Urmila Devi (petitioner no.1) and Sindhu Devi (petitioner no.2) through fist and slaps and they also snatched her silver chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while both petitioners, who are lady, are named in the FIR but there is general and omnibus allegation against them to cause injury to Tetari Devi, wife of the informant through fist and slaps. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
