2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 325 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that on 06.05.2021 at about 6.00 am, the petitioner and three co-accused persons assaulted him with lathi, rod and spade due to which he received injury on his head and hand. It is further alleged when his son Raja Sahu came to rescue, he was also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched Rs. 2000/- from the pocket of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple maarpit took place. Doctor has found simple injury. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Manjahul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
