2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for extension of the two weeks time for surrendering of the petitioner before the learned Court below, in-- compliance of the order dated 8-4-2026 passed in Cr.Misc. No.

20802 of 2026 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Ray by which lordship was please to granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Gopalpur P.S.case No. 219 of 2019 with certain condition including that to pay rupees 2000/-(two thousand) to the Chief Minister's Relief fund through demand draft and the receipt to be submitted to the learned Trial Court and surrender before the court below within the period of four week

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52225 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 from the date of the receipt of this order.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 52225 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
