JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petitioner for regular in Kotwali P.S. Case No.211/14 for the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C. The F.I.R. is against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is neither any recovery from his conscious possession nor he has been put on test identification parade. The petitioner is in jail custody since 27.8.2014 having no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Munger, in Kotwali

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2293 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No.211/14 corresponding to G.R.1392/14 subject to the conditions that one of the bailers must be his near relative and he shall not indulge in such activity in future and he shall file his attendance in his police station once in a fortnight and he shall not leave the station without prior permission of the court below, failing of any conditions, the court below shall take step to cancel his bail bond.
