Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.164 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.24983 of 2020 on 23.02.2021. Further, the fresh ground of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2020.
