Patna High Court CWJC No.822 of 2014 dt.05-02-2015 2 / 2 Annexures 8 and 9 with a direction upon respondent no.5, Block Agriculture Officer, Banka, that he will issue specific show cause to the petitioner with regard to the issue which led to passing of Annexures 8 and 9, and after accepting the explanation of the petitioner, a fresh order will be required to be passed. Since the salary of the petitioner has been stopped because of passing of Annexures 8 and 9, the respondent-authorities are directed to take a decision with regard to the above within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
The respondents are also directed to release the salary of the petitioner for the intererregnum till a fresh order or decision is taken in this regard. The writ application stands disposed of in terms of the above direction. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) B.Roy/- U
