JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.11.2014 and except mobile and motorcycle, nothing is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. So far as throwing of bomb is concerned, the said allegation is against co-accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
