Petitioner seeks bail in a case under 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S.Act The police raided the field situated in front of the house of the petitioner and 50 plants of Ganja were fund there. Considering the facts, nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 27.10.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Patna in connection with Special Case No.03 of 2014 arising out of Fatuha P.S.Case No. 418 of 2013.
