2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 17.01.2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender in the trial court within stipulated time as he was busy in earning his livelihood. He has sought extension of four weeks further time to surrender in the court below.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50102 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, this court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 186 of 2025 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
