JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,498A,504 and 506/34of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant in 2011 and accusation of demand of dowry after three years of the marriage appears to be unreasonable.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3601 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 224 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi.
