2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arms injury in the leg of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50670 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Muffasil Police Station Case No. 36 of 2024.
