Case No. 44 of 2013 registered under Sections-392, 395, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed off by this common order. Petitioners are not named in the first information report and it appears that one co-accused, Tunna Singh was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioners and others in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50996 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 with the present case and except the aforesaid statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there is nothing against them. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Rajeev Ranjan has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
