The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant raided the shop of Manoj Kumar Sharma and from there different commercial tax papers were recovered. It is alleged that the petitioner confessed his guilt that he forged all the documents.
It is submitted that the petitioner is an employee of the shop of Manoj Kumar Sharma. He is simply doing paper works. He did not forge any papers. The petitioner has been made scapegoat by the owner of the shop.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11700 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 569/14. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
