The petitioner is accused in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding theft of motorcycle of the informant from the door of his driver Moh. Saddam, Tarapur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 was instituted against unknown and in course of investigation, one Chhotu @ Md. Obdullah was apprehended by the Police, who confessed his guilt regarding committing theft of the motorcycle with Dilraj @ Raja, as detailed in paragraph 20 of the case diary. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.07.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Rachana Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
