Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner no.1 is said to be order giver whereas petitioner no.2 is said to be member of unlawful assembly. Admittedly, there is case and counter case and land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as accusation levelled against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Salkhua P.S.
