192 litres of country-made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 29.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner Dudheshwar Sao is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S.
