The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2015 in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.294/2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner shall be present at all material time during the course of trial. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and also that the petitioner is in custody for almost five months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
