For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lovekush Kumar, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s: Mr. Asha Kumari (APP) =================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04.
29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 registered under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Sushant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna (or its successor). Perused the report of the Officer In-charge, Patliputra P.S. from which it appears that five witnesses are required to be examined during trial out of which three have already been examined. In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Officer In-charge, Patliputra P.S., Patna is directed to ensure attendance of rest of the witnesses on the dates fixed by the Trial Court.
