Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within four weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34, 324, 326 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner along with other accused persons is of firing upon the informant which is hit upon his right side and second firing also which hit upon his back side after that brought him hospital for treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1576 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2021 2/2 case. There is land dispute between the parties. He further submits that the injury is grievous in nature mentioned in medical report. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 04.01.2020. The petitioner is accused in 05 cases in which he is on bail which is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 105/2019 (G.R. No. 622/2019) to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending.
