2. The limited prayer of the petitioners is for directing the court below to dispose of injunction petition filed by the petitioner in Title Suit No. 19 of 2017.

3. The concerned Sub-Judge, Bhagalpur is directed to dispose of the injunction petition filed by the petitioner in Title

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.700 of 2023(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 Suit No. 19 of 2017 within 15 days of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

4. The concerned Sub-Judge, Bhagalpur will proceed ex parte against non-cooperating party.

5. In the meantime, both the parties shall maintain status quo in Title Suit No.19 of 2017.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
