The petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P.S. Case No.59/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A 26 of the Arms Act and 4/5 Explosive Substance Act and 20, 22, 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reported that earlier his bail petition was rejected vide order dated 07.01.2014 with liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining a year in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 1.04.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 59/2014.
