PT:216:Hajipur(GP) dated 25.04.2013 of the Territory Manager (LPG), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Patna whereby he was pleased to reject the candidature of the petitioner for award of LPG Distributorship at Hajipur, District Hajipur, State Bihar in Category GP RGGLV Plan:2011-12; for directing the respondent authorities to grant LPG distributorship to the petitioner; and for connected reliefs.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls. The petitioner was not represented also on 14.08.2018 when the matter was called.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents invites reference to para 10 of the counter affidavit, according to which LPG distributorship has been awarded to Smt. Sushila Singh and the same has been commissioned in the name and style of M/s Aditi Bharatgas on 29.03.2014 itself.
4. Considering the lack of interest shown by the petitioner as well as the fact that the distributorship has already been commissioned as far back as on 29.03.2014 itself, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The stand of the respondents has not been controverted by the petitioner and no rejoinder has been filed. Moreover, the petitioner has not taken steps to implead Smt. Sushila Singh as party respondent even though a copy of the counter affidavit was served on the petitioner in November, 2017.
5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
