The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 71 of 2010 (Sessions Trial No. 303 of 2010/41 of 2012) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR petitioner is main assailant of the victim.

The report of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad dated 22nd of April, 2015 reflects that all the witnesses have been examined except I.O. and doctor. Let S.P., Aurangabad get the I.O. and doctor produced before the learned trial court for their examination.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10910 of 2015 (03) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
