Alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and according to the prosecution case itself, it were other co-accused who opened fire on the informant and so far as the petitioners are concerned, there is only allegation against them that they assaulted the informant by means of lathi but the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge shows that only firearm injury was found on the person of the injured.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in Phulwaria P.S. Case no. 100/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
