The petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuan PS Case No. 502 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 483 of 2018) registered for offences under Sections 326, 307, 34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and that he has committed no offence.

Learned APP submits that on the allegations which are corroborated by the medical evidence it is apparent that the petitioner is responsible for inflicting the gun shot injury on the informant. The petitioner has criminal antecedents and is accused in other three cases.

In view of nature of allegation against the petitioner and having regard to his criminal antecedent this Court for the present is not inclined to allow petitioner's prayer for bail. This application is rejected.
