The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is assaulting the informant with farsha. It is specifically alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioner assaulted twice on the head of the informant with farsha. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury on the head of the informant has been found simple in nature, whereas other injuries was caused to the informant by other accused persons. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13211 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
