JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding his grievances and the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose off the said representation within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed, then the same may be considered and disposed off within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.
