The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 registered under Sections 365, 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further, he submits that there is delay of one week in lodging the first information report and there is no explanation for the inordinate delay. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.2681 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.
