The petitioner seeks bail in Bikram P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation some of the witnesses have supported the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not put on test identification parade and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
