2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a 13 year old minor girl and the victim has also supported the allegations.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the medical report does not support the prosecution case.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the victim girl has supported the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
