In the background of land dispute, it has been disclosed that while informant along with his friend, Anil Yadav has gone over the land, petitioner along with others variously armed, came and during course thereof, petitioner had fired, without any casualty. They have been chased and fired, but did not strike. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.01.2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Ram Swaroop Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case no.182 of 2014.
