The first information report reflects that it was co-accused Mantu Chaudhary who took the deceased from his house and gave liquor to him. So far as the petitioner is concerned, she is named but no specific overt-act has been attributed against her. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bihar P.S.
