JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For quashing of the Clause 6 of the Aanganbari Sevika / Sahayika appointing and Selection Guideline, 2016 by which the candidates getting more than Rs. 12,000/- or public representatives & P.D.S. dealer of the concerned block have been declared ineligible, whereas wife / daughter in law of the P.D.S. Seller had also been declared ineligible apart from the aforesaid persons
Patna High Court CWJC No.17198 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 and as such the petitioner has been deprived from selection process in the light of Clause 6 of the Guideline issued in year 2016."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
