The petitioner seeks bail in Chautham P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named nine persons including the petitioner and alleged that on the order of Binda Devi (the petitioner) Sintu Kumar Sah shot at head, Pintu Kumar shot at chest and Mithun Kumar Sah shot at left leg of the husband of the informant. Sikandar Sah shot at neck of the husband of the informant and thereafter all the accused persons fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an order giver. She is a lady and is in jail since

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she is alleged to have ordered and for that she is in jail since 25.08.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ankur Gupta, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014.
