The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.03.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1296 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2014 and from the report of the learned Trial Judge, it reveals that out of fifteen charge-sheeted witnesses, only five witnesses have been examined and in near future, the trial is not likely to be concluded, to which the learned APP opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again, the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4322 of 2016 (3) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 84(s) of 2013 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IIIrd, Madhepura.

However, the learned Trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same within six months after taking all the positive steps for securing the attendance of the prosecution witnesses and further, if possible, by keeping the same on the day to day basis.
