2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.12, has raised the objection with regard to the maintainability of the present writ application inviting the attention

Patna High Court CWJC No.12111 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 of this Court to paragraph No.4 of the writ application which is quoted hereinbelow for needful :- "4. That the petitioners are local resident of Mokama Municipal Area, Mokama. They are sensitive people. They are leading a public life and devoted to public service. They used to raise questions whenever any wrong doing as committed at any place particularly at their locality."

3. From bare perusal of the statement made in paragraph 4 as aforesaid, it is apparent that remedy being sought in this writ application in the nature of public interest and, therefore, he submits that the present writ application is not maintainable as the behest of the petitioners.

4. Upon his objection being raised by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.12, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file an appropriate petition before appropriate forum for relief.
