The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a 26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with seven live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and for recovery of one loaded country pistol and seven live cartridges petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2014. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
