This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bihar P.S. Case No. 369/2017, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 308, 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is son-in-law of the informant Seema Kumari. Petitioner no. 2 and 3 are father and mother of Petitioner no. 1.

From the materials on record, it appears that the petitioners have been made accused in a case under Section 498A

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48778 of 2017 (2) dt.16-11-2017 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, on the date of occurrence, these petitioners and others misbehaved with the informant when she was present in front of the S.D.J.M.'s Court at Biharsharif. Considering the nature of the dispute, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 369/2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
