2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 324, 341, 354 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56041 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/3 30.06.2023 at 2:30 P.M. informant was going to his house on his motorcycle . In the meantime, accused persons including the petitioners herein inflicted knife blow on the head of the informant, as a result of which, the head of the informant broken. Again on 01.07.2023, petitioners and co-accused persons and tried to damage the house of the informant. On protest, petitioner no. 1 inflicted 'farsa' blow on the head of mother of the informant, due to which, her head was also broken. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the FIR has been lodged after delay of ten days. As it appears from Annexure-2 that informant and his family members brutally assaulted the petitioner no. 1. Both the sides have sustained injuries. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st
