2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 242 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a)(d)/34/36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of Special Judge Excise No.1 at Siwan.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned
