The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 419, 420, 489(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner Bhubneshwar Ram was apprehended
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12544 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 in the house of Satendra Pandey, the petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 20329 of 2015 and it is alleged that petitioners were indulged in cheating but nothing has been recovered from the petitioner, Bhubneshwar Ram. From the box of Satendra Pandey 14 bundles of notes were recovered but it was found that in each bundle there was only one note and remaining were plain papers. It is submitted that nobody was cheated and no fake currency was recovered. The petitioners are in jail since 12.11.2014. The petitioners have already remained in jail for about eight months and other co-accused persons have been allowed bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) in Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 492 of 2014.
