The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020, dated 08.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 427, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ten persons including the petitioners have been named in the F.I.R. with the allegation of assaulting the informant and his son. The informant and his son, both, have received simple injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4126 of 2021(3) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 that there is no specific accusation against either of the petitioners. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and because of some other dispute, they have been made accused in this case.

Considering the facts afore-noted, especially that the informant and his son, both, have received simple injuries, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
