The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.07.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2495 of 2011, by which the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State

Patna High Court MJC No.1824 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 Appellate Authority, which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the Memo No. 68 dated 24.01.2011, passed in Case No. 451/2010 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui, within a period of thirty days from the date of order i.e. 04.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reasons, the petitioner could not prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, she prays for further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the present application, the petitioner is granted further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority from today.

The order dated 04.07.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2495 of 2011, stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) U.K./- U
